• Condition Assessments

Provide general condition assessment reports on lighting / heating / distribution board network / mains supply cables and fusing. As part of a schools 10 year property plan, provide an electrical condition assessment report which incorporates all of the above.

• Project Design

Project designs are delivered with a written specification /s, CAD drawings and a design certificate (DOC)

• Lighting design, specification and layout

Incorporating efficient T5 & LED fittings, occupancy sensors and daylight harvesting.

• Heating design, specification and layout

Incorporating heat pump / fan forced / radiant technologies.

• Power design, specification and layout

Covering all aspects from the mains cable and pillar fusing through the main switchboard / distribution boards to the socket outlets in the room.

• Data / Phone specification and layout

Incorporating Cat6 cable and dual cavity trunking when required.

Security & CCTV specification and layout

Incorporating PIR sensors, sounders, keypads, CCTV cameras and recorders.

• Declaration Of Conformity

Law changes in 2011 made it a requirement for an electrical contractor to have a signed design certificate (DOC) from the designer before commencing work on a job. DOC's are provided with each design.

• CAD Drawings

All project drawings produced using AutoCad Lt. Able to produce as built drawings for tradesman.

• Project Management

Able to provide project management services for upgrade projects that only have an electrical component.
